Asking Questions is Bad...

Be careful of the questions that you ask a public servant as it may get you thrown out of the building. Or, at least that's the best advice when you're anywhere near Donald Rumsfeld. When I used to be a teacher I used to joke with my students that, "asking questions is the true sign of intelligence." I hope I'm still correct.

You are correct, and you're still a teacher.

I just want you to know that I learned more from you in that one year about life in general than I have from years of schooling that are supposedly preparing me for life. I'm not just saying that either. Take that as you will, I just want you to know that you have much to offer the world, so don't give up on yourself.

I still take it upon myself to ask questions, of whomever I should choose to ask questions. It's important to ask the questions. You helped teach that. I'm sure it stuck with more than just me.
